With an early career in Sales and Marketing, I soon enjoyed managing my own teams and became interested in helping people develop and realise their potential. I re-focussed my own career on Learning and Development, retraining and working for over 25 years in leading consultancies before setting up own business eight years ago. As a Consultant Chartered Psychologist and published author / speaker, I work with top blue-chip organisations both in the UK and overseas.
