About Benny Hart, Founder of Lion & Butterfly Wellness. I started with a vision for a company that heals & empowers others because I couldn’t stand the suffering anymore & do not want to see others struggle like I have. Experiencing all kinds of abuse, I suffered loneliness, deep depression, anxiety, confidence & very low self esteem issues, alcohol & class A drug abuse, physical, mental & emotional traumas, sickness, homelessness, false imprisonment & had a few hospitalisations. Through these experiences from my personal life, the pain & struggle that I had gone through & the transformation I was able to achieve, I realised I could help others in many ways. I am able to use my personal experience, knowledge, skills & tools that I have attained in transforming myself, to now create profound transformations in my clients benefiting them & the planet, for the love & future of mankind.
