The Organic Leader: Learning to Lead from Within

Your success as a leader is based on your ability to lead from within. After all, if you can't lead yourself, how can you lead others?! This course focuses on the importance of self-awareness, the role of the empowering leader, the differences/similarities between leadership and management, leadership styles, and leadership values and principles. The course features lots of opportunities for self-reflection which is a critical factor for leaders to become more self-aware and effective in their roles. The course was created by Richard Carter PhD, a management educator with over 3 decade of experience as a coach and mentor. The course introduces a new concept "The Organic Leader" that highlights the key skills and behaviors leaders need to be successful in today's world.
